Regular nose-to-tail wellness exams, early detection, and age-specific assessments help keep your pet healthy.

Many animals are good at hiding signs that something is wrong, so subtle changes in their health or behavior might be overlooked without preventive care.

At Four Paws Animal Hospital, our treatment philosophy is aimed at prevention with early diagnosis and treatment. We would love to partner with you in helping your pet live a long, happy, and healthy life.

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services

Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.

Surgical Services

At Four Paws Animal Hospital, we understand that you are probably nervous about submitting your pet to any type of surgical procedure. Our compassionate and caring professionals monitor your pet before, during, and after surgery and take exceptional care to ensure your pet's safety and complete recovery. Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures.

Anesthesia:

We take anesthesia cases very seriously and utilize a safe, multi-modal approach for each animal we treat. We use a combination of pre-op assessments, modern anesthetic agents, and the latest anesthetic monitoring equipment to keep your pet safe and the risks of surgery low. Our recovering pet patients have fewer side effects, complete pain relief, and faster postoperative recovery.

Radiology Services:

Using radiography, we are able to produce high-quality diagnostic images of your pet’s tissues, organs, and bones. X-rays help us look for arthritis, broken bones, foreign objects, dental issues, enlarged organs, or respiratory dysfunction.

House Calls: (We are unable to do this service at this time)

We provide house calls for all owners with multiple pets, with pets who do not travel well, or any owners who request a visit.

Pharmacy

We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet.

Dentistry:

Is your pet experiencing bad breath or excessive drooling? Just like humans, pets need regular dental care and cleanings. Good dental care plays a crucial role in the quality of your pet's life. Dental disease is the most common medical problem seen in pets and can lead to pain, tooth loss, and generalized disease. We offer routine dental care including exams, x-rays, teeth cleaning, and more.

Parasite Prevention & Control

Flea, tick, heartworm, and other parasite prevention is a year-round job and necessary for keeping your pet safe and healthy. Many parasites cause serious illness or even death if left untreated. Some pet owners are not even aware when their pet is infected, which is why prevention is so important.

Dietary Counseling:

Our doctors and staff are here to help you make informed nutrition choices for your pet. From picking a brand, to what ingredients your pet needs, to how much to feed — we are here to help. We offer assistance with special dietary needs, weight loss or gain, age-related nutrition, and nutrition for managing various medical conditions. Our nutritional counseling services can help you accomplish your goals and keep your pet in good health.

Emergency Care

Four Paws Animal Hospital provides comprehensive treatment services, hospitalization, and critical care for pet emergencies.

Our animal emergency center is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment and technologies to help our veterinary experts assess your pet’s health.

If your pet requires a service that we cannot provide, we’ll refer you to an appropriate 24-hour urgent care center.
