Appointment Policy
Appointments are preferred, however if you must come in without an appointment, please call the office before hand as most days we are fully booked with appointments. Advance notice of your arrival will allow us to work you into our schedule. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If you are not a client and you have an emergency we will do whatever we can to get you in and be seen by the doctor.

Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Please have proper paper work and documents with you when you arrive at your appointment.
